Job Duties

  • Lead day-to-day kitchen operations managing a team of 10-25 individuals to achieve excellence
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, food safety, kitchen retention, and leadership development
  • Think strategically and collaborate to drive business goals
  • Implement and update systems and processes to improve efficiency and guest experience
  • Coach and develop leaders while cultivating a positive team environment
  • Engage, challenge, and motivate team members to accomplish goals and build strong relationships
  • Provide clear, kind, and consistent communication and feedback
  • Hold team members accountable to Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
  • Assist in leadership development alongside the Leadership Team and Owner/Operator
  • Participate in regular meetings for training, development, and execution of the restaurant vision
  • Uphold Chick-fil-A standards and policies
