Job Duties
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations managing a team of 10-25 individuals to achieve excellence
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, food safety, kitchen retention, and leadership development
- Think strategically and collaborate to drive business goals
- Implement and update systems and processes to improve efficiency and guest experience
- Coach and develop leaders while cultivating a positive team environment
- Engage, challenge, and motivate team members to accomplish goals and build strong relationships
- Provide clear, kind, and consistent communication and feedback
- Hold team members accountable to Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
- Assist in leadership development alongside the Leadership Team and Owner/Operator
- Participate in regular meetings for training, development, and execution of the restaurant vision
- Uphold Chick-fil-A standards and policies
