Job Requirements
- Must have a technical, trade, or vocational school degree preferred
- At least 2 years of work-related experience in a commercial facility, hospitality or related field preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at the scheduled shift ending time unless otherwise directed
- Must clock in and out for breaks at the designated time on schedule
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting over 50 lbs
- Must read, write, understand and communicate in English effectively

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Respond to all repair requests promptly and document completion through the electronic work order platform
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance for rooms and public spaces according to hotel program
- Follow all safety and health codes including pool and spa area regulations
- Conduct full property walks at the beginning and end of shifts to identify and address maintenance needs
- Keep maintenance areas clean and well-organized at all times
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed to maintain spotless cleanliness
- Wear clean, approved uniform and maintain professional grooming standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time
- Provide accurate shift handover reports for effective communication
