Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- post-secondary clerical or business training preferred
- at least 1 year of administrative or business office experience
- proficiency with Microsoft Windows and MS Office
- strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- calm, flexible, and professional when handling sensitive or emotional situations
- comfortable using technology and office systems efficiently
- ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform standing, sitting, bending, and repetitive movements
- ability to read, write, and speak English

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors
- assist residents with personalized services and address concerns promptly and professionally
- manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and maintain daily activity logs
- monitor security cameras and conduct routine security checks of common areas
- coordinate and assist with housekeeping, culinary, salon, spa, and laundry needs as required
- maintain cleanliness of lobby, administrative areas, and theater
- support the Administrator and Sales team with clerical and office tasks
- assist Assisted Living and Memory Support teams as needed
- help with meeting room setup and takedown
