Job Requirements
- must be able to work weekday evenings and at least one weekend day
- provide a positive representation of Olson's Ace Hardware
- operate cash register with accuracy and efficiency
- answer phone and direct calls to appropriate departments
- provide high-level of customer service
- work as a team member to achieve/exceed the store's overall total revenue goals
- assist with receiving, checking in and stocking of merchandise throughout the store
Job Qualifications
- prior retail experience preferred but not necessary
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- friendly and energetic demeanor
