Job Requirements

  • Availability to work shifts between 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Ability to work 2-3 days per week
  • Previous experience with Opera software a plus
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel management software such as Opera
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and manage check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle guest reservations and requests efficiently

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Manage multiple tasks smoothly during busy periods
