Job Requirements

At least 6 months of food service experience preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong time management skills with ability to multitask, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40 lbs
US work authorization is required

Job Duties

Pick up food items from kitchen and check order for accuracy and quality before delivering and serving guests
Promptly clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silverware for service in a discreet manner
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service
assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages
Breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas
