Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- Absolute flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended multi-day trips on short notice
- Ability to pass a 6-week initial flight attendant training program
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to perform flight attendant duties

- Maintain a dominant state of mission readiness during on-call blocks
- Seamlessly integrate into newly formed crew configurations across multiple aircraft types
- Execute safety protocols to ensure total compliance
- Deliver Delta's standard of hospitality including complex meal services
- Provide warm, empathetic care to passengers on short notice
- Handle sudden itinerary changes with a positive, commanding attitude
- Adapt to irregular operations and multi-day trips flexibly
