Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age upon application
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • must possess a valid passport with the ability to travel internationally
  • ability to pass FAA-mandated background check and drug test
  • completion of six-week intensive training program
  • willingness to work flexible schedules
  • ability to handle physically demanding tasks and long hours

Job Duties

  • Lead cabin safety procedures
  • conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
  • enforce FAA regulations
  • execute emergency evacuations
  • respond to security threats
  • provide first aid and CPR during in-flight medical emergencies
  • utilize AEDs in coordination with flight deck crew and ground medical support
  • deliver premium meal and beverage service
  • anticipate and address passenger needs
  • resolve flight delays and interpersonal conflicts
  • accommodate special passenger requests
  • collaborate with diverse flight crews, gate agents, and pilots
  • ensure on-time departures and smooth flight operations
