Job Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- hold a high school diploma or GED
- absolute flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended multi-day trips on short notice
- ability to pass a 6-week intensive initial flight attendant training program
- willingness to adapt to changing schedules and itineraries

- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Maintain mission readiness during on-call blocks
- report to the airport within a strict window when contacted
- integrate into newly formed crew configurations
- execute safety protocols across Airbus and Boeing aircraft
- deliver Delta's standard of hospitality and complex meal services
- provide empathetic care to passengers on short notice
- handle sudden itinerary changes and irregular operations with a positive attitude
