Job Duties
- Make in-flight public address announcements in designated language
- translate critical safety instructions and service offerings accurately
- provide culturally attuned customer service to international passengers
- assist passengers with completing customs declarations and immigration forms
- provide rapid and precise translation in medical emergencies or security issues
- execute all standard pre-flight and in-flight duties
- secure the cabin and deliver premium meal service in Delta One cabins
