Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • high school diploma or GED
  • valid passport with ability to travel internationally
  • ability to pass FAA-mandated background check
  • ability to pass drug test
  • completion of intensive 6-week training program

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • customer service experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
  • valid passport for international travel

Job Duties

  • Lead cabin safety procedures
  • conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
  • enforce FAA regulations
  • execute emergency evacuations
  • respond to in-flight medical emergencies including first aid, CPR and AED use
  • deliver exceptional customer service including meal and beverage service
  • resolve conflicts and accommodate special passenger requests
  • work collaboratively with flight crews, gate agents, and pilots to ensure flight operations
