Job Requirements
- ability to work weekends (friday, saturday, sunday)
- reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required
- attention to detail and punctual
- self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line
- high level of energy, engagement and standing for extended periods of time at events
- ability to utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company
- must have a smartphone to use the company timekeeping application and submit leads
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- previous experience in event marketing or customer engagement preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- self-motivated and able to work independently
- reliable with a strong attention to detail
- proficient with smartphone technology and data entry
Job Duties
- interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
- work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
- generate and data capture show leads for our award-winning products
- event set up and tear down (ability to lift to 50 pounds)
- attend pre-scheduled events such as trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events
- exceed issued lead targets and goals administered by the event marketing manager
- utilize a smartphone to submit leads via company applications
