Job Requirements
- Must be excited to smile and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to create positively unforgettable guest experiences
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be 18 years old to apply
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
- Resourceful self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures including safety, food handling, quality, loss prevention, and emergency procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by greeting, assisting, and engaging them through positive interactions
- Operate cash registers efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions and handling of payments
- Promote and sell Ethel M Chocolates products by educating customers about offerings and upselling when appropriate
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store by arranging displays and inventory to attract customers
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and reporting discrepancies
- Adhere to company policies and procedures including safety, food handling, quality, loss prevention, and emergency protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for all guests
