Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of alcohol service experience in a bar setting
- Completion of Responsible Vendor training and certification exam with passing score
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Working knowledge of state and local liquor laws
- Excellent guest service skills
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Job Duties
- Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures and state and federal liquor laws and regulations
- Ensure all bar staff comply with policies and liquor laws
- Answer guest questions and make recommendations about bar items
- Upsell drinks and menu items to guests
- Monitor excessive alcohol consumption of guests to maintain safety
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the bar area
- Assist in day-to-day operation of the theatre bar area
