Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience cleaning luxury properties preferred
- Ability to fluently speak English
- Open availability to work PM shift from 2:30pm to 2am
- Ability to perform physical tasks including transporting up to 40 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and co-workers
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling and use of cleaning equipment
- Experience in hospitality or related industry
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Willingness to participate in sustainability initiatives
Job Qualifications
- Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal
- Ability to perform job functions consistently and meticulously with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Exercise time management skills by organizing tasks efficiently to complete all daily functions prior to end of shift
- Be a clear thinker, remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment
- Follow directions thoroughly
- Proactively anticipate and fulfill Owner needs in a timely manner

- Previous experience in cleaning luxury properties
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling, cleaning of high end finishings for floors, wall coverings, ceilings, fixtures etc.
- Fluency in a foreign language, preferably Spanish
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training
- Experience in the hospitality industry in a similar position
- Previous guest relations training
- Ability to operate all amenities and check in residents and guests in various luxury simulators and entertainment rooms
Job Duties
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
- Proactively anticipate Owners’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all Owners
- Use the scrubbing machine to clean the lobby floor
- Vacuum all carpets by the lobby
- Clean all glass doors by the lobby
- Clean coffee station inside the mail rooms
- Refill coffee, sugar, cream, cups, lids and napkins
- Refill bottled water by the mail room fridge
- Clean and refill all the bathrooms
- Always maintain positive Owner relations
- Be familiar with all property services, features and local attractions, activities to respond to Owner inquiries accurately
- Resolve Owner complaints and provide thorough follow up to ensure Owner satisfaction
- Refill towels in the fitness and spa area
- Pick up dirty towels from the spa and fitness area and bring them to the laundry room
- Check all machines inside fitness area
- Refill bottled water inside fitness area
- Clean and maintain Collin’s elevator and stairs
- Wash all dirty rags by the laundry room before end shift
- Maintain the cleanliness of the theater
- Organize and fold the blankets inside the theater
- Prepare popcorn for the residents by request
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
- Ensure security of any assigned keys and radios
- Complete checklist and special project assignments by end of shift
- Review assigned area and complete general removal of any trash or debris
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of closets, remove trash, wipe down shelves, counters, sweep floor, remove non-floor closet items and transport to proper storage areas
- Clean designated areas with proper chemicals, tools and equipment
- Check under furniture for debris and remove if present, reposition furniture to correct floor plan
- Inspect condition of all furniture for tears, rips and stains and report damages to be placed in Building link
- Dust and polish all woodwork
- Dust pictures, frames, mirrors, fire extinguisher boxes, exit signs, air vents
- Clean all lamps, light fixtures and light switches, check for proper working conditions
- Remove dust, spots and smears from windows, frames and ledges, wash windows as assigned
- Remove dust, grease and smears from public phones and reposition properly
- Remove dust on drapes weekly and realign to correct position daily
- Inspect condition of planters and plants, remove debris, polish planters
- Remove dust, dirt, marks and fingerprints from doors and door frames
- Empty trash containers in public areas
- Empty vacuum cleaner bags, replace and clean machines
- Remove soil, dirt, soap build-up and hair from public bathroom mirrors, vanities, sinks, toilets, urinals, shower walls, shower curtains and floors
- Replace facial and toilet tissues, paper hand towels, soaps in correct amount and location
- Sweep and or vacuum all public entrances daily
- Report any damage or maintenance problems to be placed in Building Link
- Turn over any lost and found items to Security
- Always ensure security of property
- Participate in sustainability initiatives
- Assist residents’ events
- Understand and deliver service in accordance with Forbes Five Star, AAA Five Diamond and LQA standards
- Complete checklist items
- Check and clean the dog park
- Clean and refill pool and beach bathroom including garden bathrooms
- Locker rooms refill
- Re-rack weights
- Ensure studio, salt room, SPA amenities, treatment room, all circus maximus and other amenities are cleaned, organized and serviced before, during and after events
- Ensure music level is appropriate
- Double check digital boards and signage
- Full knowledge of all activation, times movies special events etc
