Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality with a focus on rooms and/or food and beverage
- 3 or more years of management experience in a hospitality setting
- ability to obtain Food Handler Card within 30 days
- physical ability to lift, push and pull at least 75 pounds regularly
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- flexibility to work varied hours including nights and weekends
- knowledge of health and safety standards in hospitality industry
- preferred formal education in hospitality
- prior experience in luxury or high-end resort environments preferred
- demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- commitment to exceptional customer service
- must maintain professional appearance and grooming standards

Job Duties
- Act as primary point of contact for guests of The Estate
- act as personal concierge coordinating all activities during the guests’ stay
- coordinate with support staff and department leadership in Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office, Sports and Maintenance
- log and update guest preferences history for future use
- make reservations for guests for resort and off-resort activities and transportation
- communicate menu information and guest allergies to culinary staff
- execute grocery and sundries shopping for guests
- maintain knowledge of accommodation features, amenities and operating procedures
- perform daily walk throughs and coordinate cleaning or repairs
- manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- collaborate with The Estate chef to curate menus and dining experiences
- partner on presentation and execution of dining events
- maintain professional manner and enforce appearance and uniform standards
- provide staff feedback according to company policy
- work with conference services to ensure completion of Resumes and BEO’s
- manage banquet event orders and supplies
- ensure deposits are paid on time
- maintain cleanliness and safety compliance
- secure outdoor furniture and grill from weather
- execute reservation policies
- work with accounting to produce final bills and collect revenues
- perform other duties as assigned
