Job Requirements
- Must be able to lead by example
- Lead with the best customer service and efficiency
- Must understand ordering and inventory levels
- Must be able to make schedules and fill in on schedule changes
- Exhibit good manners and neat personal appearance
- Proper personal hygiene
- Ability to motivate and encourage employees

- Experience in customer service
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Knowledge of beverage preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to lead and train staff
- Basic inventory management skills
