Must be able to lead by example
lead with the best customer service and efficiency
must understand ordering and inventory levels
must be able to make schedules and be flexible to fill in on schedule changes
exhibit good manners and neat personal appearance
proper personal hygiene
must be able to motivate and encourage employees by creating a positive and fun environment

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a customer service or barista role
proven leadership abilities
strong communication skills
ability to manage scheduling and inventory
experience training or mentoring staff
good personal hygiene and professional appearance
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
