Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends as necessary

  • Fluency in job related English both verbal and non-verbal
  • Commitment to superior customer service and excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as necessary

Job Duties

  • Provide maid service for guest rooms and meet cleanliness and guest satisfaction
  • Replace any unused amenities and report any maintenance concerns
  • Assist Lobby Attendant in delivering guest requests
  • Provide maid service by doing a thought out cleaning, vacuum, undusted, replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies and filling ice bucket as preferred by guest
  • Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents
  • Assist PM attendants by stripping and making beds, changing bed linens, dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves in team effort
  • Empty trash
  • Sign for room keys and restock heavy cart
  • Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify cleaning completion
  • Assist Lobby Attendant in public areas as needed
  • Attend all mandatory meetings
  • Report all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc. to Safety/Security Department
  • Provide general public assistance, instruction and/or guidance for guests and employee safety in the event of an emergency
  • Complete all other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training
  • Keep work area neat and organized
