Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred
  • or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the required knowledge and skills
  • ability to perform essential job duties satisfactorily
  • ability to lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the workday
  • willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
  • strong communication skills
  • basic math skills
  • prior experience with customer service is an asset

Job Duties

  • Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures
  • receive and check incoming eShop orders
  • assemble orders as necessary to match individual eShop invoices
  • review and inspect orders ensuring that the correct specifications have been met
  • confirm pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items
  • provide customer support efforts by using product knowledge
  • constantly be in touch with the daily updates and requirements of the customers
  • help ensure product descriptions are accurate by communicating opportunities to support team
  • increase traffic to the website and strengthen Harmons’ customer loyalty
  • contact customers to clarify requests
  • shop a minimum of 100 units per hour
  • multitask by shopping for multiple orders at the same time
  • label temperature-controlled products correctly and store in the correct bags to ensure food safety
  • ensure customers receive all items by scanning each label before placing in customers’ vehicles
  • provide continuous improvement to website conversations and customer engagement
  • assist as needed to ensure the success of eShop department as a whole
