Job Duties

  • Answering phones
  • greeting visitors
  • managing lobby set-up
  • processing deliveries and mail
  • assisting with opening new customer/client files in the database system
  • maintaining office supplies and work/copy room upkeep
  • assisting escrow teams with various needs
