Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and software
  • Customer service orientation with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Preferred but not required experience in administration or escrow roles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with both internal teams and external customers
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented with a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment to deliver beyond customer expectations
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred administrative or escrow background but not necessary as training will be provided

Job Duties

  • Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow-up
  • Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
  • Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
  • Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions
  • Assist customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience
