Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality or restaurant management experience
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
- working knowledge of POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Teams
- ServSafe Food Handler and BASSETT certifications or willingness to obtain
- availability to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- eligibility to pass TSA background check and obtain airport badge
- valid driver’s license if required for airside driving
- able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift or push up to 50 pounds
- comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
- capable of bending, reaching, stooping, and performing hands-on tasks as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality or restaurant management experience, preferably in airport, hotel, or upscale lounge settings
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficiency in multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving
- working knowledge of POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Teams

Job Duties
- Support operations by assisting the General Manager with lounge front of house, back of house, and administrative functions
- supervise, coach, and inspire the lounge team, promoting CAVU’s values and delivering consistent 5-star service
- manage team scheduling, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and ensure TSA, airport, and health and safety compliance
- foster a welcoming environment that reflects Escape Lounge standards of hospitality and comfort
- monitor food quality and presentation, manage inventory levels, ensure menu adherence and cleanliness
- liaise with business partners to maintain excellence across brand and operational standards
- promote a positive, inclusive, and values-driven team culture focused on service, safety, and hospitality excellence
