Job Requirements

  • Must be able to read and write
  • Must be able to handle multiple food products including fish, beef, pork, poultry and other food products
  • Ability to comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and transferring equipment
  • Willingness to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must be attentive to safety guidelines and report any safety concerns
  • Ability to work in wet, humid, and mechanical environments
  • Capacity to work under moderate to loud noise conditions
  • Must be able to perform physical activities including standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing, tasting, smelling, and using hands for handling

  • Ability to manage through a substantial workload
  • Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed
  • Flexibility with different shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supply and flow of all needed equipment assigned to a department
  • Prepare all equipment needed for Business Class Tray Setup for all airlines and supply each station as needed
  • Transfer all equipment items as needed
  • Pick up and return carts, trays and ovens to the designated area
  • Accomplish goals and objectives while adhering to Food Safety regulations
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
  • Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
