Job Requirements
- Must be able to read, write and handle multiple food products including fish, beef, pork, poultry and other food products
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform various physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, crawling, and climbing
- Capacity to work in wet or humid conditions and near moving mechanical parts
- Ability to work in high, precarious places and handle exposure to fumes, toxic chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, extreme cold and heat
- Willingness to comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to handle weight demands up to and exceeding 100 pounds
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Supply and flow of all needed equipment assigned to a department
- Prepare all equipment needed for Business Class Tray Setup for all airlines and supply each station as needed
- Transfer all equipment items as needed
- Pick up and return carts, trays and ovens to the designated area
- Accomplish goals and objectives while adhering to food safety regulations
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
- Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
