Job Requirements

  • Must be able to read, write and handle multiple food products such as fish, beef, pork, poultry and other food products
  • Compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions including wet or humid conditions, extreme heat and cold, and near mechanical parts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

  • Ability to manage through a substantial workload
  • Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed
  • Flexibility with different shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supply and flow of all needed equipment assigned to a department
  • Prepare all equipment needed for Business Class Tray Setup for all airlines and supply each station as needed
  • Transfer all equipment items as needed
  • Pick up and return carts, trays and ovens to the designated area
  • Accomplish goals and objectives while adhering to Food Safety regulations
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
  • Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
