- Must be able to read, write and handle multiple food products (fish, beef, pork, poultry and other food products)

Job Duties
- Supply and flow of all needed equipment assigned to a department
- prepare all equipment needed for Business Class Tray Setup for all airlines and supply each station as needed
- transfer all equipment items as needed
- pick up and return carts, trays and ovens to the designated area
- accomplish goals and objectives while adhering to food safety regulations
- comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
- report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
