Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Must be able to work weekends/holidays if part of schedule
  • Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available

Job Qualifications

  • One year of similar experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or similar work experience preferred
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
  • Effective communication skills and professionalism
  • Attention to detail
  • Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available

Job Duties

  • Work in a teamwork environment and familiarize oneself with all areas of the operation within the services area/location
  • Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner while complying with company expectations, rules, and procedures
  • Identify equipment items checked out by way of inventory checks/controls and processes
  • Conduct a daily inventory during each scheduled shift
  • Utilize an operational radio (when applicable) to maintain communication with United management
  • Adhere to and wear standard safety gear, including earplugs, reflective safety vests, and PPE if applicable
  • Maintain PPE batteries
  • Send daily recap reports with some knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Be involved with ordering of supplies and responsible for ensuring important supplies are never out
