Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in custodial or environmental services preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery and equipment
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams
- Understanding of hospital safety and compliance procedures
Job Duties
- Perform routine, preventative and corrective floor cleaning according to carpet care procedures
- Conduct project cleaning of walls, lights, vents, and windows
- Move furniture and set up meeting rooms
- Clean stairwells and haul trash
- Provide post-case cleaning in morgue and surgery rooms
- Perform terminal cleaning of floors in surgery rooms using Xenex and other equipment
- Use cleaning equipment including rotos, automatic floor machines, carpet extractors, vacuums, cardboard bailer, moving dollies, ladders, and wall washing equipment
