Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous relevant technical or service experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on feet for long periods
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel to client sites in Manhattan
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong adaptability and willingness to learn

  • Strong customer service skills with ability to resolve concerns empathetically
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Job Duties

  • Diagnose and repair coffee, espresso, water and ice equipment
  • Communicate clearly with customers explaining diagnoses and repairs
  • Provide expert telephone support and guide customers through troubleshooting
  • Assist with installation of large or heavy equipment
  • Conduct phone and on-location service calls
  • Maintain proper inventory of parts and filters in vehicle
  • Manage and update work order tickets in system
  • Support equipment maintenance training for technicians and team members
