Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience as an event coordinator
- Fluency in English language required
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent business sense

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Serve as point of contact and coordinator for assigned inquiries, inducted, and completed events with all departments including Production, Engineering, Material, Quality, and Shipping
- Calculate planned and actual hours for the event
- Calculate and communicate estimated event costs and turnaround time
- Coordinate travel arrangements, travel requirements, and shipping for off-site engine events
- Create and distribute invoices
- Capture all necessary documentation to create final event report
- Create final report summary with required information and distribute
- Organize and manage multiple priorities and events simultaneously
- Conduct problem analysis and resolution at both strategic and functional levels
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Director of MES Customer Service Operation
