Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree desirable
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience as an event coordinator
  • Fluency in English language required
  • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent business sense

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Serve as point of contact and coordinator for assigned inquiries, inducted, and completed events with all departments including Production, Engineering, Material, Quality, and Shipping
  • Calculate planned and actual hours for the event
  • Calculate and communicate estimated event costs and turnaround time
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, travel requirements, and shipping for off-site engine events
  • Create and distribute invoices
  • Capture all necessary documentation to create final event report
  • Create final report summary with required information and distribute
  • Organize and manage multiple priorities and events simultaneously
  • Conduct problem analysis and resolution at both strategic and functional levels
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the Director of MES Customer Service Operation
