Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous healthcare or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Willingness to work weekends as part of rotation
- Ability to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Duties
- Performs cleaning functions for area(s) assigned each day including vacuuming carpets, dust mopping tile floors, cleaning and disinfecting bathroom surfaces, damp wiping surfaces, wet mopping tile floors, using properly diluted chemicals, high dusting, using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies, and trash removal
- Removes biohazard waste containers throughout the facility as instructed by the ES Supervisor
- Performs specialty cleaning tasks such as wall and window washing, cleaning vacated areas, vent cleaning, sweeping stairwells, vacuuming elevator tracks, shower and tile scrubbing, and special disinfecting cleaning
- Observes facility to identify potential problem areas and reports equipment malfunctions, suspicious persons, and safety hazards to ES Supervisor or Manager
- Assists coworkers with setting up or rearranging furniture and audio-visual equipment for meetings as assigned by the ES Supervisor
- Helps with major cleaning caused by facility problems like floods, water pipe breaks, cafeteria spills, and accidents
- May be required to participate in the weekend rotation schedule
