Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cleaning or custodial experience is a plus, especially in a hospitality or casino environment
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize casino floors, restrooms, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment
- maintain cleanliness in guest areas, including the gaming floor, lounges, restaurants, and service areas
- interact with guests and employees in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- respond to cleaning requests and maintain a timely and efficient cleaning schedule
- ensure proper handling and disposal of trash and waste materials
- stock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations and procedures
- report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department
- assist with other duties as assigned to ensure the overall cleanliness of the casino
