Job Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- suitability for federal employment determined by background investigation
- selective service registration required for males born after 12/31/1959
- completion of online onboarding process
- acceptable forms of identification required
- 1-year probationary period
- physical ability to perform continuous walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, pulling, pushing
- ability to use heavy powered cleaning equipment
- willingness to work full-time shifts 7:00am to 3:30pm or 3:30pm to 12:00am
- adherence to safety protocols when exposed to contagious diseases or hazardous materials

- Evidence of training or experience sufficient to perform the duties of the position
- ability to perform light and heavy cleaning tasks
- knowledge of sanitizing and disinfecting procedures
- capability to handle cleaning machinery
- reliability and dependability in work
- ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Perform full range of light and heavy cleaning duties
- sanitize and disinfect wards and patient areas
- distribute and inventory textiles
- remove waste and trash
- clean blinds and wash windows
- polish and vacuum floors
- replace light bulbs and move furniture
