Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- one year of relevant experience preferred
- ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
- ability to perform repetitive tasks
- able to work in fast-paced and stressful environments
- capable of working indoors and occasionally outdoors
- willing to work variable schedules
- able to follow safety procedures
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including use of ladders
- able to maintain cooperative working relationships with others
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Perform complete cleaning of assigned areas including dusting and sanitizing furniture, equipment, mirrors and fixtures
- wash windows, walls, ceilings, vents and light fixtures
- sweep, scrub and refinish floors
- vacuum and shampoo carpet
- re-stock restrooms
- replace light bulbs
- report repairs
- assist with outdoor cleaning including parking lot, windows, and roof
- handle heavy use of cleaning chemicals, disinfecting agents, floor strippers and finishes
- remove waste including soiled linen, empty trash containers, change sharps containers, transport solid and hazardous waste to compactors, recycle material, empty cigarette receptacles
- keep equipment clean and orderly and report equipment failures or mechanical issues
- maintain safe working environment and comply with procedures and infection control guidelines
- attend required education and training including safety updates
- consistently meet time schedules and deadlines
