Job Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Suitable for Federal employment as determined by background investigation
- Selective Services Registration for males born after 12/31/1959
- Completion of online onboarding process if selected
- Ability to perform physical requirements including standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts including evenings and weekends
- Compliance with safety and health regulations
- One-year probationary period

Job Duties
- Lead housekeeping operations as a working leader for three or more employees
- Perform full range of housekeeping tasks including cleaning inpatient wards, outpatient clinics, community living centers, laboratories, pharmacies, and other medical areas
- Communicate instructions from the supervisor and validate task completion
- Coordinate projects with nurses and area supervisors to ensure timely completion
- Train employees on proper procedures, techniques, and use of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Manage textile distribution, inventory, uniform management, and patient assistance programs
- Scrub, strip, refinish, and polish floors using hand operated and industrial equipment
