Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year of previous housekeeping or environmental services experience can substitute for high school education
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties
- Willingness to work night shifts from 11pm to 7:30am
- Availability to work rotating weekends
- Knowledge of safe chemical handling practices
- Commitment to maintaining a sanitary hospital environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas including patient rooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Utilize cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
- Perform tasks such as damp dusting, mopping, scrubbing, scouring, stripping, and polishing
- Respond promptly to spills and emergency cleaning requests
- Ensure proper collection, handling, and disposal of waste according to regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and welcoming hospital environment
- Participate in cross-training opportunities for professional development
