Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One-year experience as a housekeeper in the hotel, motel, commercial, industrial sanitation or health care related field
- Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Commitment to the University’s core values
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form

Job Duties
- Follow established cleaning methods and procedures in performing cleaning duties
- Use only cleaning supplies and chemicals approved by management
- Adhere to guidelines for fire and general safety, waste disposal, dress code, and patient information
- Report areas in need of special cleaning or repairs to the appropriate supervisor
- Assist in the maintenance of equipment and organization of supplies
- Adhere to University and unit-level policies and safeguard University assets
- Perform other duties as necessary to maintain facility sanitation
