- Proper handling and disposal of infectious waste
- Proper safety skills in handling housekeeping chemicals
- Ability to converse, comprehend and communicate verbally in English

- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties
- Perform various cleaning tasks to maintain sanitary conditions and improve appearance across all hospital campuses
- Utilize basic housekeeping practices and procedures
- Handle and dispose of infectious waste properly
- Use housekeeping chemicals safely
- Operate heavy cleaning equipment such as buffers, extractors, wide area vacuums, and wet vacuums
- Work tactfully and effectively with team members, patients, and visitors
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and materials
