Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and follow instructions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and to bend, stoop, and twist
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security
- Ability to operate and maintain light power equipment
Job Qualifications

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending, stooping, and twisting movements as required
Job Duties
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures in assigned areas and arrange furniture and equipment as directed
- Dispose of biochemical waste in accordance with policy and procedures
- Clean floors using vacuums, dust mops, and wet mops
- Collect and remove trash and recyclable items and deposit them in designated areas
- Operate light power equipment and perform preventive maintenance such as emptying vacuum cleaner bags
- Maintain adequate stock of supplies in bathrooms and storage areas
- Maintain security and confidentiality by locking and unlocking doors and performing related functions
