Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant cleaning or sanitation experience preferred
- Ability to work day shifts as scheduled
- Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to hospital policies including patient isolation protocols
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work onsite without remote or hybrid options
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a cleaning or sanitation role preferred
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic understanding of infection control procedures
Job Duties
- Clean patient rooms and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens and sanitizing all surfaces
- Follow policies and procedures on patient isolation
- Stock paper items and other supplies in patient rooms as necessary or designated
- Maintain cart and equipment in clean, working condition and store in appropriate storage area when finished with shift
