Job Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship
  • Selective Service registration for males born after 12/31/1959
  • Ability to serve a probationary period
  • Successful background and security investigation
  • Pre-employment physical exam
  • Participation in seasonal influenza vaccination program
  • Ability to complete online onboarding process
  • Physical ability for continuous walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and handling heavy equipment
  • Willingness to adhere to safety and PPE protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to perform full range of janitorial and custodial services
  • Experience handling cleaning equipment
  • Knowledge of safety protocols in healthcare environments
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
  • Good dexterity and physical stamina
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred
  • Strong reliability and dependability

Job Duties

  • Perform light and heavy cleaning duties
  • Clean wards, patient rooms, offices, corridors, restrooms, and shower rooms
  • Sweep, mop, scrub floors and vacuum carpets
  • Empty waste baskets and discard trash
  • Clean light fixtures, wash walls, windows, and ceilings
  • Refill toilet tissue and towel dispensers
  • Move furniture as required
  • Carry out assignments with minimal supervision
