Job Requirements
- Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Sufficient strength, mobility, and stamina for frequent location and position changes
- Ability to work irregular hours
- Willingness to wear protective equipment such as masks and gloves

- Exposure to infectious diseases and toxic chemicals possible

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- One year of experience in hospitality or food services as a housekeeper preferred
- Valid Texas driver’s license may be required for some positions
- Knowledge of hospital policies and cleaning standards
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery
- Effective time management skills
- Understanding of privacy and security regulations
Job Duties
- Perform housekeeping duties according to hospital and departmental policies
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain equipment condition
- Follow disinfection protocols for the environment
- Use electronic documentation and order entry systems appropriately
- Manage supplies to minimize waste and unnecessary costs
- Adhere to privacy and security procedures in compliance with HIPAA
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
