Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience preferred
- DOT HAZMAT Certification required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Capability to safely use housekeeping equipment and chemicals
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and team meetings
Job Qualifications

- Driver license preferred
- Demonstrates competency in safe use of housekeeping equipment and chemicals
- Proficient in English for effective communication
- Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Duties
- Perform a variety of general and moderately complex cleaning tasks in assigned specialty areas
- Maintain environmental and infection control standards within established policies and procedures
- Follow Association of Operating Room Nurses (AORN) standards for turnover and terminal cleaning of procedure rooms
- Work with floor maintenance equipment and chemicals safely
- Handle and interact with hazardous materials for appropriate disposal
- Assist with conference room setups and linen distribution, collection, and tracking
- Respond promptly and positively to requests from patients, staff, and visitors
