Job Requirements
- the ability to perform duties and responsibilities of the position with or without reasonable accommodations for disabilities
- the ability to consistently lift, push or pull loads of up to fifty (50) pounds
- sufficient strength, mobility and stamina to make frequent location and position changes and perform physical activities of average difficulty

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma, ged, or equivalent preferred
- one year of experience in hospitality or food services as a housekeeper preferred
- valid texas driver’s license may be required for some positions
Job Duties
- perform a variety of housekeeping tasks and duties
- demonstrate accurate knowledge and skills to carry out job duties
- follow departmental and hospital policies for proper disinfection
- demonstrate accurate knowledge and skill to operate cleaning equipment
- follow departmental procedures for equipment care and maintenance
- immediately report problems with equipment
- consistently take good care of cleaning equipment
- perform other duties as assigned
