Job Duties
- Lead and support a team under the supervision of an Environmental Services Supervisor
- Provide leadership and direction for cleaning tasks in patient rooms, offices, hallways, and other assigned hospital areas
- Train staff and schedule daily assignments
- Ensure availability of equipment and supplies necessary for cleaning operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the hospital
- Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide feedback
- Support overall facility operational goals through effective team leadership
