Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to obtain proper licensure as required by the New York State Gaming Commission
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of relevant hospitality or housekeeping experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality or guest services
- Availability to work graveyard shifts from 11pm to 8am including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of prior relevant experience within hotel, housekeeping, or hospitality
- Prior leadership experience managing an operational team within hospitality or guest service
- Ability to obtain licensure as required by New York State Gaming Commission
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
- Availability to work graveyard shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise a team of Environmental Services Porters including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee daily operations through regular inspections, team briefings, and communication updates
- Provide ongoing support through individual coaching sessions and disciplinary guidance, ensuring compliance and safety training completion
- Promote a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement
- Manage employee inquiries and guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Direct the team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across casino, public areas, offices, and other spaces
- Coordinate property maintenance needs with Facilities and prepare end-of-shift reports
