Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 plus years of prior relevant environmental services experience in a supervisory role
- able and willing to work swing and grave shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise a team of Environmental Services employees including scheduling, coaching, counseling, and training
- address employee questions and guest concerns to ensure adherence to department procedures and service standards
- provide direction and support to achieve high cleanliness standards in the casino, public areas, offices, and other required spaces
- conduct daily inspections, briefings, and team updates
- prepare end-of-shift reports and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities
- consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service
- assist with administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership
