  • 2 plus years of prior relevant environmental services experience in a supervisory role
  • able and willing to work swing and grave shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise a team of Environmental Services employees including scheduling, coaching, counseling, and training
  • address employee questions and guest concerns to ensure adherence to department procedures and service standards
  • provide direction and support to achieve high cleanliness standards in the casino, public areas, offices, and other required spaces
  • conduct daily inspections, briefings, and team updates
  • prepare end-of-shift reports and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities
  • consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service
  • assist with administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership
