Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in environmental services or hospital cleaning preferred
- Ability to perform medium physical work
- Knowledge of safety and infection control standards
- Skills in operating cleaning equipment
- Ability to work night shifts including weekends
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of power equipment and cleaning machines
- Ability to distinguish between levels of disinfection

Job Duties
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in procedural areas including Operating Room, GI, Cath Lab, IR, Pharmacy Clean Rooms, and Sterile Processing
- Perform terminal cleans following procedures and departmental standards
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
- Use power equipment, floor machines, carpet cleaning equipment, vacuum machines, and push sweepers effectively
- Distinguish between and perform low and intermediate level disinfection as required
- Operate cleaning equipment and machines safely and proficiently
- Communicate openly and respectfully with coworkers and team members
