Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Basic computer skills
- Can distinguish differences between levels of disinfection
- Ability to perform low and intermediate level disinfection
- Knowledge and skills in use of power equipment and cleaning machines
- Ability to operate necessary equipment and machines
- Effectively uses computers and mobile devices
- Respectfully listens to viewpoints and ideas of others
- Communicates orally and in writing openly and candidly
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Physical ability for medium work involving exertion up to 50lbs occasionally

- Ability to distinguish levels of disinfection and perform necessary cleaning procedures

Job Duties
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors
- Clean procedural areas including Operating Room, GI, Cath Lab, IR, Pharmacy Clean Rooms, Sterile Processing
- Perform terminal cleans following procedures and departmental standards
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
- Use various cleaning equipment such as power machines, floor machines, carpet cleaners, vacuum equipment, and push sweepers
- Distinguish and perform low and intermediate level disinfection
- Communicate effectively with team members and work independently without close supervision
